Friendswood Fine Arts is proud to announce the 9th annual Art in the Park Outdoor Art & Music Festival, November 17th & 18th. This event features exceptional artisans, live music, entertainment, and art demonstrations, set in beautiful Stevenson Park in Friendswood Texas.
ABOUT THE EVENT
The 9th Annual Art in the Park Festival, the area’s largest event of its kind, returns to Friendswood Texas in the fall of 2018. The goal of this event is to help give the arts a voice in our community, which was why the event was first developed in 2010.
ALL ACTIVITIES ARE FREE TO THE PUBLIC!
Thanks to our generous sponsors, all art activities at Art in the Park are presented free to the public. This includes all art demonstrations, community art projects, entertainment, and children’s activities.
ALL PROCEEDS GO BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY!
Friendswood Fine Arts is a volunteer run 501c3 nonprofit organization, which allows all proceeds from our events to be recycled back into the community through creativity-based events and volunteer work. In addition, each year FFA donates directly to elementary, intermediate, junior high and high school art classrooms and art clubs in surrounding districts. To date, FFA has been able to return over $125,000 back to the community through artistic events and presentations.
Friendswood’s Art in the Park Festival is 2 full days of exciting music and art demonstrations! Each day has something different on the schedule that you won’t want to miss!
